Authorities say the car - assigned to the 6th District - was parked outside a police station on 11th Street.
The vehicle was last used around 8:30 Friday night. When an officer from the midnight shift got inside, that's when he made the discovery.
Hazmat crews determined the substance to be brewer's yeast and police are investigating the incident as a possible prank.
