The victim, a 26 year old man was shot in the neck around 1:45a.m. on the 1200 block of West Lehigh Avenue.
Police originally thought he was shot while on the porch area instead of inside the home.
He was rushed to the hospital in stable condition.
There is so far no word on a suspect or motive for the shooting.
