3rd arrest made in Montco deli robbery

LOWER MERION TWP. - August 31, 2012

Terrence Lee Albright, 24, of the 5600 block of Nelson Street in Philadelphia, was arrested on Wednesday. He was arrainged on Thursday and ordered to be held on $100,000 bail.

Police say Albright was one of four men who robbed Hymie's back on the night of July 14th.

Investigators say the suspects went into Hymie's, at 342 Montgomery Avenue, and ordered everyone in the restaurant to get on the ground in the front of the store.

The customers were then told to turn over their cell phones and wallets. One of the suspects ordered the manager to open a register and turn over the cash.

The suspects then fled through the back door.

Two other suspects, John Leroy Moore and Michael Schaefer were previously charged in this case. The search continues for a fourth suspect.
