The shooting happened along the 5100 block of Glenloch Street around 5:45 p.m.
A 20-year old man was shot three times - once in the chest, abdomen and leg.
Medics rushed the man to Aria Hospital Torresdale Division in critical condition.
A 19-year old man was also shot in the hand and abdomen.
He was transported to Temple University Hospital and is critical.
No arrests have been made.
