The blaze broke out at 11:00 a.m. Friday at a home on Gibbons Street in Ridley Township and quickly went to two alarms.
It took crews less than half an hour to gain the upper hand.
Two people in the home made it out safely.
Two dogs perished in the blaze.
Fire investigators are working to determine the cause.
