Authorities say a customer called them after seeing a dead deer being wheeled into kitchen of the Red Flower Chinese Restaurant.
The county health department questioned the owner.
Inspectors shut the place down after he admitted bringing the road kill into his restaurant.
The owner reportedly told them he didn't realize he had done anything wrong.
