Marlon Guess, 19, is accused of selling packets of heroin labeled "Lebron James."
Police say Guess used the label to distinguish his drug from other drug dealers and it has no ties to the athlete.
Meanwhile, Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood says heroin has become a serious problem in the community.
"Heroin has reached epidemic proportions, especially here in Delaware County. In the last year and a half, we've had over 20 heroin deaths, probably close to 65 overdoses where people lived. It's now making its way throughout Delaware County," said Chitwood.
Guess now faces drug trafficking charges and is being held on $250,000 cash bail.
