The accident happened around 8:15 p.m. at route 322 and Bethel Road in Upper Chichester.
Officials say the trucks collided while responding to a report of a gas leak in the township.
All four injured were taken to Crozer Chester Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
