Man struck by SEPTA bus in Center City

CENTER CITY - November 1, 2012

It happened around 4:40 p.m. at 11th and Market streets.

Officials say the man, believed to be in his late 40s to early 50s, was struck by a route 23 bus.

Medics responded and rushed the man to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital for care.

The route 23 bus runs from Broad and Oregon to Chestnut Hill.
