Two more people were sentenced for holding a woman prisoner and torturing her inside a North Philadelphia home.

Tamara Rhoades was sentenced to 20 to 40 years in state prison on Monday, while family friend Steven Mills was sentenced to 16 to 32 years.

Both pleaded guilty to human trafficking charges earlier this year.

Prosecutors say they lured a woman through an online chat room and held her captive at an apartment on North 23rd Street earlier this year.

Tamara Rhoades' husband, Michael, was sentenced to 15 to 30 years back on November 5th.
