The incident happened in an apartment on North 10th Street where police were looking for 34-year-old Jessica Torres.
Police say they found 75 grams of cocaine and three children alone in a room with a loaded gun.
The children were between 8-months and 6-years-old.
Two of the kids were found sleeping on a bed with the gun under the mattress.
Police are still looking for Torres.
