27-year-old Ryan Kalinowski of Newark faces multiple charges.
Two women told police they found hidden cameras in a bedroom and bathroom they used.
Police say the women were secretly recorded while they were unclothed, and without their knowledge.
Kalinowski faces two counts of violation of privacy. He was released on bail.
