It happened early Monday morning outside the Dunkin Donuts on East Erie Avenue.

Authorities say a 20-year-old man was at the drive through window arguing with his friend inside the car.
That's when the suspect walked up from behind and struck the victim with a baseball bat.
The suspect got back into his car and took off.
