Police arrested John Duggan after he allegedly drove drunk and hit a motorcyclist.
They say Duggan posted bail at Delaware County Prison on July 9th, after serving four months on a DUI arrest.
Duggan allegedly told police he went on a drinking bender at a Ridley Township bar on July 11th, got behind the wheel, and hit a female on her motorcycle.
She was seriously injured.
Duggan was arrested at the scene.
Police say his driver's license is suspended until 2039.
