The accident happened at 9:15 a.m. at the intersection of Bristol Pike and Route 413.
There were no other vehicles involved in the accident. Also, no injuries have been reported.
Police expect the northbound lanes of Route 413 at the intersection to be closed for several hours while they work to clear the scene.
