The accident happened shortly after 6:15 p.m. Monday on Windsor Road near South Lane.
Police say a minivan, driven by 47-year-old Charlotte Hirt of South Carolina, collided with a Honda motorcycle, operated by 42-year-old Daniel Rivella Jr., of Trenton.
Rivella was treated at the scene, then transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Hirt was not injured.
The collision remains under investigation.
The roadway was shut down for approximately two hours.
