It happened before 7:30 a.m. Monday in the 700 block of Union Street in West Philadelphia.
Images from Chopper 6 HD over the scene showed a school bus on the street and a maroon sedan nearby that had crashed through a white fence.
Action News is told 13 children were on board the bus. None were injured.
There was no immediate word if the occupants of the sedan sustained injuries.
An investigation is underway.
