Students at East Stroudsburg University have all received an email alert about the attack.
According to the message, several men attacked a female student in her dorm room on Sunday.
The victim told police her attackers do not attend the college.
This is the second time police have been called to the campus in a week.
A student was mugged last Wednesday.
