Police in Vineland, New Jersey are looking for people who might have been ripped off by a man trying to sell cars he did not own.

James Mero was arrested this week on outstanding warrants. Police say he had several documents that led them to believe he was pretending to sell vehicles that he did not own.

According to authorities, Mero would rent cars and then try to sell them and take deposits from prospective buyers.
