The accident happened around 2:00 p.m. at Michigan and Baltic Avenues. The impact sent the Jitney into the front of the Guess Jeans store in the Tanger Outlets.
The three people in the SUV were taken to Atlantic Care Regional Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver was the only person in the Jitney. He was unhurt.
The accident remains under investigation.
