New Jersey state police say 12 people were riding eastbound in a commuter vehicle Thursday night on Interstate 80 in Mount Olive around 9 p.m. when it turned over. A woman was killed and four others were injured.
Police say the vehicle may have been cut off before it flipped. An investigation is continuing.
Earlier in the day, a 55-year-old Hunterdon County woman was killed when her car hit a tree in Long Valley around 4:30 a.m.
