The robbery happened at 11:49 p.m. Tuesday in the 2100 block of South 65th Street.
Police say the suspects entered the house, tied a man up with duct tape and pistol-whipped him.
According to investigators the men, who had their faces covered, kept asking 'Where's the money?'
They eventually stole $700 and fled on foot.
The victim was taken to the hospital to be treated for his injuries.
