Police say Branden Durham was struck by vehicle near the 69th Street Station just before 9:00 p.m.
He was transported to Delaware County Hospital Wednesday night.
His injuries were not life-threatening.
Before the accident, Branden was last seen at approximately 12:45 p.m. Wednesday at his home on the 2500 block of South 66th Street.
He was reported missing around 3:30 p.m.
Video cameras in the area spotted Branden traveling on foot eastbound on Elmwood Avenue from 66th Street at 2:19 pm.
