Pa. man charged with manure spreader hit-and-run

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) - December 6, 2013

Online court records don't list an attorney for 36-year-old Scott Ridenour, of Greencastle, who faces a preliminary hearing Wednesday on charges filed last week.

Reports say the pedestrian - who police aren't identifying - suffered a broken hip in the August 15 accident.

Police say in a complaint that Ridenour didn't report the accident to police, but called his employer who told him not to stop. Police Chief Tyrone Parham also isn't identifying the employer, but tells the newspaper police haven't charged the employer and don't plan to file any additional charges.
