Marie Amari, 45, of the 1100 block of Cantrell Street, was arrested at her home on Saturday.
Police say she was seen stealing decorations in the 1100 block of Fitzgerald Street around 2:15 a.m. on November 26th.
Then, police say, the woman returned with an unknown man about an hour later and stole more decorations.
Investigators did not disclose a possible motive in the case.
Amari is facing several charges including conspiracy and theft.
Police are still looking for her male accomplice.
