The first robbery happened at 2900 Cottman Avenue at 7:22 p.m. on December 22nd.
Police say two men, one armed with a handgun, forced the employees and customers to the ground before stealing cash from the register and a customer.
The second robbery happened at 3301 Tyson Avenue at 2:35 a.m. on December 23rd.
Police say two masked men armed with handguns entered the store and stole cash and cigarettes before fleeing on foot.
The suspects in the Cottman Avenue 7-Eleven robbery were described by police as:
Suspect #1: Black male, 20 years-of-age, 5'6", 150 lbs, thin build, dark complected, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and armed with a handgun.
Suspect #2: Black male, 20 years-of-age, 5'10", 200 lbs, wearing a black jacket with a blue hooded sweatshirt underneath and white sneakers.
The suspects in the Tyson Avenue 7-Eleven robbery were described as:
Suspect #1: Black male, 22 years-of-age, 5'8, 130 lbs, thin build, wearing dark colored shirt, white mask, black hat, camouflage pants, black sneakers and armed with a gun.
Suspect #2: Black male, 22 years-of-age, 5'8, 130 lbs thin build, wearing light tan jacket with a light colored hooded sweatshirt underneath pulled tight around his face, blue jeans, purple/red sneakers and armed with a handgun.
