PSE&G workers were called to a vacant home on the 400 block of Lawrence Street in Burlington City.
Neighbors reported hearing a loud creaking sound.
The house sustained minor damage to one side.
Officials say there was no collapse, just outer wall buckling. They believe water may have seeped into the wall and expanded, causing the damage to the exterior.
Officials are continuing to evaluate.
