The City of Philadelphia and its blue collar union are back at the bargaining table.

Contract negotiations between the city and District Council 33 resumed Friday afternoon.

The two have been at an impasse for five years.

Negotiations have been split on furlough days, pension cuts and health benefit changes.

The city reached a contract with DC 47, the white collar union, earlier this week.
