Police say 32-year-old Steven McMahan was stabbed in the chest just along the unit block of Hill Street in Upland Borough just before 10:00 p.m. Thursday.
He was rushed to Crozer Chester Medical Center where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Police believe the stabbing may be the result of a domestic incident.
A woman has been taken in for questioning, but so far no charges have been made.
The incident remains under investigation.
