The shooting occurred just past 3:00 a.m. at the Marmeliz bar restaurant located at D and Wyoming Avenue.
According to police, a 29-year-old man was opening the door to leave when he was shot twice in the back.
He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
Another man, 26 who was further in the bar was shot in the foot and taken to Einstein Hospital in stable condition.
Police say the gunman was outside the bar when he began firing shots from a semi-automatic weapon into the bar.
They are not sure if the suspect was targeting the victims.
The suspect reportedly fled in a black Cadillac heading towards Whitaker Avenue.
Police say there are lots of cameras in the area to check for information.
