Most of the charges were held over for court after Tuesday's preliminary hearing for Dr. Basem Shlewiet in Bucks County.
The eight women, between the ages of 17 and 33, testified that the inappropriate touching started with heart rate and blood pressure checks and progressed to fondling.
Shlewiet's attorneys said the patients never confronted him about their concerns and some of them went back for additional visits.
The district judge ruled Tuesday that there was enough evidence for the case to continue to trial.
