Large pothole flattens tires, damages cars on I-95 in South Phila.

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - March 29, 2014

The hole opened up in the northbound lanes near the Packer Avenue exit.

Pennsylvania State Police said at least ten cars were damaged after hitting the crater.

Images from the Action Cam at the scene showed 2 cars with flattened tires.

PennDOT crews were called to the scene.

Repairs to the road surface were underway by late Saturday afternoon.
