The fire broke out around 7:00 a.m. near the intersection of Church and Bridge streets.
According to the Red Cross, at least three homes are affected.
20 people have been displaced by the fire.
They are getting assistance for food, clothing, shoes, and lodging from the Red Cross.
The fire was placed under control at 7:40 a.m.
There were no reported injuries.
