It happened around 3:30 Monday afternoon at the intersection of Chelten Avenue and Boyer Street.
Medics arrived and rushed the child to Albert Einstein Hospital. No word on his condition.
No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the accident is unclear and police continue to investigate.
