33-year-old Lyle G. Person was taken into custody after the incident on March 14th.
Police say, after a verbal altercation, Person intentionally ran down his brother 31-year-old Lee Person on Beverly Rancocas Road then fled the scene.
Lee was taken to Cooper University Hospital where he died on March 19th. An autopsy revealed that he died from the injuries he sustained in the hit-and-run.
Person faces murder and related charges.
Police say 32-year-old April N. Palmer attempted to conceal the damage sustained to the striking vehicle. She is facing obstruction charges.
Both Person and Palmer are expected to be in court this week.
