According to police, the man was found lying on the lawn of a home on the unit block of Cape May Avenue in Weymouth around 2:00 a.m. Sunday.
The unidentified male was taken via medical helicopter to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City in serious condition.
The incident remains under investigation by the New Jersey State Police.
No details have been released about the striking vehicle.
