Armed robbers hit West Philly wings takeout shop

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating an armed robbery in West Philadelphia.

It happened shortly before 11 p.m. Thursday on the unit block of South 42nd Street.

Police said two men entered the America's Best Wings takeout location. One of the men had a gun and announced a robbery.

They made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No one was injured.
