There's a new county-by-county snapshot on America's health.

The report card by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation has mixed news for our area.

Philadelphia is ranked as Pennsylvania's unhealthiest county, due to factors like high rates of obesity, adult smoking and lack of primary care doctors.

Delaware County came in 28th for the unhealthiest.

On the other hand, Chester and Montgomery counties are in top 10 for healthiest counties in the state.

Bucks County ranked 12th and Lehigh County ranked 21st for healthiest.
