Independence Mall (WPVI) -- National Constitution Center C.E.O welcomed George W. Bush and Laura Bush to the 2018 Liberty Medal Ceremony and praised them for the work they have done on behalf of U.S. Veterans.

Former President George W. Bush and Former First Lady Laura Bush were on stage at the National Constitution Center Sunday afternoon wearing their newly bestowed Liberty Medals.
