More jobs coming to Delaware

GLASGOW, Del. (WPVI) -- New jobs are coming to Glasgow, New Castle County, Thanks to a real estate deal involving The Christina School district.

The district just sold off a vacant building to Del Monte Fresh Produce.

The company is now planning to turn the space on Executive Drive into a production facility.

It's slated to open next year with 27 new full time positions to start.

Eventually Del Monte expects to create between 300 and 500 jobs.
