A second shooting was sparked by a dispute between neighbors in West Philadelphia.
It happened around 11 p.m. Wednesday on the unit block of South 45th Street.

The victim continued driving then crashed into a parked vehicle on the 2200 block of N. Wanamaker after suspects unloaded multiple shots at him.
Police say they found sixteen spent shell casings of two separate caliber weapons. The Pontiac the victim was driving was hit nine times.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
