Philly begins 3-day Safe Return program

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The City of Philadelphia begins its three-day Safe Return program on Tuesday.

It allows individuals with outstanding warrants to turn themselves into authorities and receive favorable consideration.

It takes place at Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church on Cheltenham Avenue in Cedarbrook from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
