BORDENTOWN, N.J. (WPVI) -- Two people were hospitalized after a crash involving two school buses in Bordentown, New Jersey.
The crash happened just before 3:20 Wednesday afternoon at Route 130 and Crosswicks Road.
Police say Frederick Hannah, the driver of one of the buses, was stopped at a red light.
That's when another bus crashed into the back.
The collision left the driver of the striking bus, identified as Ludmilla Larson, trapped.
She was freed by fire personnel and taken to Helene Fuld Hospital for serious injuries.
There were no children on either bus.
A school bus aide, who was the only person on-board Larson's bus, also suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Both buses are owned by Garden State Transport of Southampton.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
