16-year-old fatally shot in head in South Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A 16-year-old died Monday night after he was shot in the head in South Philadelphia, police said.

Police said the shooting happened in the 1500 block of South Beulah Street just after 7 p.m.

The teen was rushed to Jefferson University Hospital where he later died.

No arrests have been made in the case.
