Prior to his arrival at Action News in November of 2005, Matt served as a traffic producer for various media outlets in Philadelphia and also spent time as a traffic reporter for several radio stations along the east coast.
Matt grew up in Lancaster, PA, often watching Action News and traveling on many of the roads that he now helps viewers navigate. Matt moved to Philadelphia in early 2003 to attend Temple University. He graduated summa cum laude in late 2005 with a degree in broadcast journalism.
Matt lives in the East Falls section of the city. In addition to frequent trips back to Lancaster and to the Jersey shore, Matt also enjoys traveling farther afield. Some of his favorite destinations include the United Arab Emirates, China and Thailand.
