LOGAN - August 1, 2008

A burglarly suspect is in jail after getting himselt into a really tight spot.

Philadelphia Police say that early Friday morning, the man cut a hole in the roof of the Burger King at Broad and Wyoming streets in the Logan section of the city.

His plan was apparently to break into the restaurant through the ventilation system. But he made a miscalculation.

He didn't realize that his body was too big to squeeze through the ventilation chute. He ended up wedged there until emergency crews managed to free him, but only until police locked him up.

The man was not injured. He faces a number of charges.
