He was transported to Temple Hospital by police where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
No arrests have been made in connection with the incident and police are working to identify the victim.
Man found shot twice in the chest

Police were called out to the 2300 block of North Colorado Street around 12:30 where they found a man in his 30s shot at least twice in the chest.
