Ebony Dorsey's killer gets life in prison

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (AP) - January 9, 2009

/*Mark O'Donnell*/ was found guilty in June of strangling 14-year-old /*Ebony Dorsey*/ while she was babysitting O'Donnell's young daughter at his Plymouth Township apartment in December 2007.

Montgomery County Judge William Furber also added a consecutive 11 to 22 years to the 49-year-old man's life sentence Thursday for his conviction on rape and abuse of corpse charges.

Prosecutors say O'Donnell killed the Wissahickon High School honors student after a night of sex and smoking crack with her mother. O'Donnell then put Dorsey's body in a plastic container and hid it a wooded area.
