3 charged in Red Bank slayings

RED BANK, N.J. (AP) - February 11, 2009 Three suspects are held on bail, charged with gunning down 25-year-old Joseph Fann and 26-year-old Sidney Wakefield outside a Red Bank apartment complex early Tuesday.

Antonio Suarez-Perez is charged with two counts each of murder and felony murder. The 21-year-old lives in Red Bank.

Eric Figueras and Samson Hearn are each charged with two counts of felony murder and a single count of armed robbery.

A Monmouth County prosecutor says the shootings appear isolated and were not random.
