Adam Johnson, however, remains at-large.
On Friday night, at approximately 7:27 PM, 3-year old Amber Johnson was taken from the 5900 block of Osage Avenue by her father Adam Johnson.
Adam Johnson fired shots from a handgun during this incident and struck a 6-month-old child who was inside a home.
This male is considered armed and dangerous.
Adam Johnson made his escape in a green Chrysler mini-van, possibly a 2004.
He lives in the area of the 6700 block of Guyer Street.
The abducted child, Amber Johnson, is described as 24" tall, 30-35lbs, brown eyes, brown complexion, with curly shoulder length hair. She was wearing a pink metallic jacket, blue-jeans with ruffles, and black K-Swiss shoes.
Adam Johnson is described as a 24 year black male, 5"7', weighing 140 lbs.
